HD Voice and Video Calling are available only when both parties are using HD Voice-enabled phones and are connected to a compatible 4G LTE network, or on Wi-Fi if Wi-Fi Calling is enabled.
HD Voice and Video Calling on the 4G LTE network are billed according to your voice calling plan. In addition, data usage and any applicable data charges apply to Video Calls.
